Event Services will request Facilities Management support on your behalf for any events you plan through our office. Please select any support you may need from FM. You will receive a School Dude work order number from both FM and from Event Services via your Confirmation Notice when the request is finalized so please do not submit an additional work order. Please also be aware that Facilities Management may require a fee for these services. An invoice will be sent by FM prior to the event if charges are incurred.
