Report a Concern


Welcome to the updated Report A Concern system.

The system will:
  • Allow you to submit a complaint regarding off campus or on campus incidents
  • Allow you to track a report after it has been submitted to see actions taken by LMU

To begin submitting a report, enter your email address below.
Your email address will be your login name to track your report.
The RAC system will email you a confirmation with a password to be used to view updates to your report.
